Ordered on the 12th Sept and even though there was a problem with my address it reached me on the 24th. Very fast shipping to the U.K. It’s very difficult to find a Kcup coffee maker with a 220v option so was happy I found this and I’m even more happy with the results. After following the setup guide which is well written and clear, This coffee machine produces a hot flavourful coffee! No nasty tastes! I’m extremely happy with the results. Thomas store also included a U.K. adapter which was a nice addition. If you want a Kcup Coffee machine in the EU/U.K. then this is your answer!

Looks exactly as expected, coffee is hot and taste great. Asked for a uk plug but received a European plus but they included a converter inside (thumbs up)
