    Ordered Dec 15 arrived Dec 26 to Thailand. Came with UK adapter as I’ve asked 🙂 appreciate that. Impressively, after 2 hrs of using, no scary noise nor smell. Work like a charm and very quietly. My tea usually gets cold within 5 mins because a/c is on most of the time. But today, I can take my time to enjoy a nice/hot drink through 2 hrs ;-; this is pure bliss. I’ve tried both low and high temp modes. Can’t tell the difference, though. My mug and the warmer have aluminum plate at bottoms. And just when I turned off the warmer, I accidentally touch on both aluminum parts :/ Unexpectedly, I didn’t get burned. The heat even weaker than ceramic. don’t know why but lucky me 🙂 feel pretty safe now. This is my first time using mug warmer, so I have no idea which kind of mug will be the best (glad that mine works!). I’ll try again with normal mug and add more feedback ^^ Ps. Please make sure your mug always have lid covered at all time when you’re not drinking, it really does help.
